Anyone got a nice simple recipe for mince and dumplings?

Ask Joan.......I bet she has plenty.... or go to the local coop.........they do a Special offer on hotpots and ceroles with dumplings...3 for �4....just pop in the microwave for 5 mins and hey presto...............if you cant be "@rsed to cook" that is!
