If CHILD is LEGAL in another country, should the American government start CENSORING the INTERNET.......?

The goverment cannot censor such things, they would simply take them down entirely. In the case of child , that is highly illegal and thus does not fall under the banner of free speech, in the US those sites are shut down and the users are arrested, why anyone would want to look at that stuff is beyond me. In the case of suicides, it is legal and you can watch if you want, I wouldn't since that sounds really sick. In the case of murder videos, it is illegal to commit murder so the person who did it would be arrested, but it is not illegal to view it so you could watch it online if you wanted to, why you would though is beyond me as well.
