Anyone know about DFW allergies?

Ever since last Friday my allergies have been really bad. They've been particularly horrible today. Does anyone know what has been in the air in the DFW area lately so I know what I am allergic to so I can get some allergy medicine to help me? Thanks a bunch. I live in Grand Prairie, TX
