If I say NO, would I really mean YES about Mary?

In this prayer, there is mention of worship to mary. This is unacceptable in scripture. God's second commandment, your shall not worship anything but God. Therefore, this prayer is misplaced in its origin and intentions. Try to stick with prayers as spoken of by christ.
