Fallen Jedi costume help?

I'm looking for a rather convincing Jedi costume that's within a considerable budget, but so far either they're extremely expensive, or they don't look convincing enough. I want to go as the fallen Jedi type, sort of like Quinlan Vos (a href="http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Quinlan_Vos)" rel="nofollow"http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Quinlan_V…/a but it doesn't have to be exactly as him, just with its style.
