How do I unlock Burglary businesses on GTA: Vice City Stories for PSP?

I have unlocked protection racket, loan shark, prostitution, drugs, and smuggling. I have already beat the story, but i just cant unlock the burglary business. Is there certain clothes or vehicle that you have to use like on San Andreas? Please help!!!!
