I just took ecstasy, can somebody tell me what is going on??

it is not my first time, but this time I have a fever, chills, I am sweating alot or freezing (clenching my teeth alot). My temperature orally right now is 103. How can I knock this feeling off and enjoy the drug. Should I take more?? I do not drink but I smoke weed with the E.
