I woke up with this cold sore on my lip can i use oxy pad on it or put salt on it?

anyways can i treat it like a zit or white head cause iat first it looked like that on the lining of bottom lip, so i tried to pop it out didnt work got Bigger and now its huge and is very sentive what can i do fast
