Need a new Runescape weapon?

Im level 103 and i have 80 att and str. Im looking for a good melee weapon that uncommon and is under the price range of 10m. I've tried the ss and i like it but i want something with that power, speed and the ability to wield a shield with it. Many thanks to anyone who can give me a suggestion
