What do you like in your quesadillas?

I was just curious on what every one likes in there quesadillas. I make my own and i use two soft shell tortillas and melt er and mix that with garlic salt and spread that on the inside of the tortillas. Then i do a thick layer of cheese then i crush up about three Doritos and spread that on then I fry up some bacon crispy but not burnt and i chop it up very small and spread that on then another thick layer of cheese. Then I throw it in the quesadilla maker for about three minutes and then its ready. In fact i just got mine out of the maker and am eating it now. That is mine whats yours?
