Why the hell won't my black and tan's stay separated? Need help from a Bartender!!?

I have never done one from the bottle, so without seeing exactly what it is you are doing its hard to say what you are doing wrong. Try this....pour this guiness into a seperate gl first. allow it to settle, then pour over your bent spoon. Hope this helps.
