Can you help me edit this !? ! ?! ?! ?!?

It is the brightest, most invigorating city that my mind can imagine; so bright it eliminates the darkness and outshines the stars. In this world full of dull, dreary, soul-less cities, these lights make me feel like I am on another planet, a planet lit by three suns that never has to suffer the loneliness of night, a cacophony of light and energy. There are so many fascinating sights here; the elegant buildings with swooping archways, the dusky beauty of elegance that slow my walk into a beautiful experience. It’s all part of the city's hidden beauty. As I walk slowly through the crowded streets I watch the lights dancing brightly off the ping cars, reflecting my image and then stealing it away. I watch the flow of people, hugging their coats closer to sheild themselves against the bitting eddies of wind, all blurred into one anonymous sea. I feel like i am being swallowed into a wave of countless voices which then amalgamate into one deafening sound - there is music everywhere; it is loud and comes to me from every direction. It silences everything else. The scents that follow me are almost as loud as the music, they come from every direction and smell beautiful. Here- the heavenly aroma of crispy fried chicken, there- the gruesome stench of dead fish; it's all part of the city. I stop. I watch thousands of people hurry by, their faces are a blur of expression. I ponder their minds, their thoughts, their feelings. Where do they begin and where do they end? Where are they hurrying to, and why? Happiness swells within me as I ponder my city, their lives. . Anything can happen in the city of Sydney.
