If you cancel your Paypal account to block an unauthorized charge from coming in will you incur any fees?

I had to cancel my Paypal account because some company kept billing me for something someone else bought with my card. I tried cancelling it through the company, but of course they were of no help. My question is will Paypal charge me fees for closing my account if that business attempts to charge me again?
