My angora/wool sweater won't stop shedding fuzz. Is there anything I can do?

I have a beautiful blue angora/wool sweater that I love, but the fuzz is driving me nuts. I machine washed it on delicate and layed it flat to dry, just like the directions said. I washed some other sweaters with it, and the other sweaters were coated in blue fuzz. I wore a wool coat with it, and there's blue fuzz all over my coat. I wore it to work, and the next day I noticed blue fuzz all over my desk chair. I even get blue fuzz in my long hair. The sweater isn't really pilling, it's just shedding fuzz everywhere. I tried using a lint brush which helped, but once I start moving around it starts shedding again. Is there anything I can do?
