My bf is really immature?

im sorry for my english,im not american.we re both 25 and been dating for 2.5 years.problem is,he s really immature.he only wants to go clubbing all the time and gets home at 7am and goes to work late(he s a model,castings start at 9am and end at 7pm and he gets up so late,he only goes to the last ones).he spends his money on stupid things,takes whatever pills his coach gives him so he can get even more ripped,drives too fast all the time.he hangs out with really stupid showbiz people and he s idolizing them even though he s not stupid at all.he s really inconsiderate about my feelings and hurts me all the time unintentionally.he s never had a relationship and i dont think he knows the meaning of the word.i,on the other hand,want to find ''the one'',the love of my life.im not as shallow as he is.i love him so much though,i mean deep down he s great.but i wish he were more mature.i feel like im in a relationship with a 5yo.i posted this before,but an answer has got me thinking.how can i know if he s immature or if thats his personality,these are the things he wants from life??
